how often
I am going to an HPDE this weekend and have changed the oil, trans fluid, dif fluid, and brake fluid. How often do you guys who regularly track your cars go through these fluids? I have been out once before but feel this getting to be a pretty regular event for me.

I change my oil/filter every 3 track weekends. The trans and diff fluid once a year. Between events I suck out the fluid in the clutch reservoir and replace, suck out the PS fluid in the reservoir and replace, and bleed the brake calipers (notice I didn't say flush).
If I have an exceptionally hard day on track I may bleed the brakes a little when I'm flipping my pads side to side and checking things over at the end of the day. However, if the brakes still feel fine I don't bother.
I fun the following fluids:
Amsoil 10w40 w/ K&N racing filter
Amsoil ATF
Amsoil 75w110 sever duty gear oil
ATE superblue racing brake fluid
Redline Synthetic PS fluid

I am pretty much the same as the others. Trans and diff are changed once a year, engine oil every 3-4 track weekends. I bleed the brakes between events and flush the system once a year. I too like to clean out the clutch reservoir after 1-2 events because it gets dirty quick. Power steering fluid I change about half way through the season.
I use AMSOIL fluids as well and love them. This is what I use in my C4

I am a lot different than the others. I change the oil according to the OLM (which means about once per year), change the trans and diff fluid about every two years. Been doing this for the last 14 years with no issues. This year with my oil leak issues I have had 3 oil changes in the last 1000 miles as the dealership keeps trying to resolve the problem.
If you are driving a C6Z51, GS, C6Z06 or ZR1 make sure you remember to grease the rear tie rod ends after each track day.

Me too! I change the oil once a year(14-16 track hours) Diff and trans every 2-3 years, clutch never, PS when it springs a leak, bleed the brakes after every event. Car has somewhere between 120-140 track hours on it, I lost count years ago! I do used oil analysis to monitor engine wear: http://www.bobistheoilguy.com/forums...2145329&page=1
I use the Amsoil MTF in the ZF6 and Amsoil Series 600 brake fluid, I also "recycle" the used Redline by pouring it into my oil guzzling Saturn and that old beater runs OK too!

I read in the service manual that the OLM calculates using oil temp and RPMs as parameters, so I just trust that. I put in an extra quart for track days.

I change my engine oil and filter after every 3rd event, and all the other fluids get changed (flushed) once/year. I also use Ranger's method of changing the clutch fluid after every event. I've never had a problem and use Amsoil fluids exclusively.

I noticed power steering fluid was mentioned. I have never considered changing that on any of my previous tracked cars. Is that something the vette has issues with? What is the procedure?

I've only changed my fluid out once in two years but have stuck with the GM fluid. When switching to Redline or Amsoil can you just evacuate the reservoir and add the new fluid or do you have to flush the entire system?

If you really want the correct answers test your oil and stop guessing for 35 bucks. Mobil 1 10W30 I used could get me 4500 miles if I wanted it it to. If you trust science to make your oil then you should trust it to test it. You don't even have to drain it to test it. With all the money spent here on cars I am always surprised few test oil. It can reveal a ton about your engine wear instead of just dumping it down the drain and feeling good you changed it. You stock car may be getting hotter than mine but it would never be run harder than mine.

On my C4 I removed the hose from the steering rack that would allow the most fluid to drain out. Then filled up with Amsoil. Now I just use a turkey baster to suck out as much used stuff as I can and replace with fresh fluid.

Cool, thanks guys.
