Default A&A Corvette autocross video. 6/12/2011

Headed back down to El Toro CA. with PCA. The track was much different then usual. No big sweepers, just a lot of small corners and slaloms between them. Although those are not my favorite courses, this one was fun. Something broke in the clutch area, the pedal went to the floor. This is a practice lap only. I did get to race a nicely modified Corvette for the race, and finished 6th. overall out of 130 cars.

Nice job. That's a really nice venue, nice big area to setup a course. I just recently got done doing an auto-cross weekend where the course was only in the 20 second range due to small area. Still fun but somewhat lacking (almost like it was done before you started).

I live in South Carolina and it seems like we have hardly anywhere to go in this region. Our small club can't afford 5K rentals and many places just don't want the liablity even though we have insurance (NCCC).

I wish we had nice long courses like you get to run in your area.
