To the OP
We build them still from time to time. If you aren't in a hurry, we would be a good source

Burning Brakes
I'm removing an Autopower rollbar that currently is in my ZR-1.
I believe new ones are around $250. I have that and another $200 for the install/hardware.
I'll sell my 'gently used' rollbar for $150.

Drifting
Coupes and Convertibles are different animals, I assume you wish to retain use of the soft-top? and not cut the rear decklid?
I have seen the older "Rippie" bar, and like it.
Mine is similar, was custom built by RDracing in the early days of that outfit, they still have one I think, but some slight changes to the design.
Biggest problem I encounted, is NOT being able to use a "hard-top" with the rollbar installed. Of course I was trying to get the maximum hieght for personal protection.
I do have full seat movement, full soft-top use.
May want to check into the Doug Rippie model if he will still make you one.
Make sure it meets the requirements of any sanctioning body that you need to make happy. (tubing thickness, front and/or rear bracing, etc...,)
