Default Which Tire Vendor can get R888's

I am in need of two of each of the following sizes:

275/35/18's
305/35/18's

I was going to run some scrubs, but since they are shaved to begin with, and are down to 3/32nds of tread, I feel they ae not safe to run on the street. They would be fine for the track/autocross - but since I am doing this whole thing to keep from having to change tires back and forth, it won't work, dammit.

I may just go with the 295/30/18's in the rear.

These are going on new TSW Nurburgrings.

Also, who carries TPMS sensors at a reasonable cost?

I've been using Appalachian Race Tire, not sure what the availability is with everything going on in Japan, but I've been very satisified with service. Not sure about shipping to Canada either???
