The AP T1 kit that Hardbar sells will clear the stock C5 Z06 front 17" wheels by about 1/4". You can measure from the mounting face to the back sides of the spokes to compare with your Kodiaks.

I think the LG Wilwood kit might be a little narrower, but can't say for certain.

Yes, I would go with the AP T1 from Hardbar. I like the extra features over my Wilwood setup. Better design and anti-knock back springs. As said, some aftermarket wheels don't space exactly the same as OEM wheels. But for the track, OEM speedlines do very well.

bobk469101,
I'm not sure on your specific wheels, but as UstaB mentioned, we have verified that the T1 system that we co-developed (Hardbar/Essex/AP Racing) will indeed clear the stock C5 wheels by a substantial margin. If you call Gary at Hardbar, he can probably give you more precise details.

You can read all about the system and its components on our website.

It was designed specifically for T1 to be the lightest, most compact system available, while still being completely capable of performing flawlessly for full race distance. One of big the highlights of the system is the inexpensive spares/consumables pricing. Pads are 20mm thick, available in a million flavors, and they're cheap...discs are quite inexpensive and last a very long time as well.

You can find more user feedback throughout this forum. We have a slew of customers with T1 race wins on the system. Here's a link to begin:

I have the ap brakes and 17 inch Kodiak wheels. Neither the front 17x11 or rear 17x12 will fit.
