Does anyone make HD rear tie-rod ends for a C5? I need both outters and would like to go HD if they make them.

They are different, the rears are longer.

You might want to call LG Motorsports, I believe they sell some but I don't think they are listed on their website.

Would the ones from a C6Z51 or a C6Z fit? Don't know whether they are any heavier duty but they do have grease fittings and GM Owner's manual says to grease them at the end of each track day.

ZIP has heim setup for the rear. As long as you wrap them though, OEM's should hold up pretty well even at the track.
