Default what's the favorite Spark Plug for road course use?

Hi,

Thinking of doing my plugs--nothing wrong but they do have 50000mi.

For a stock engine, is there any consideration to pay to the track use? Any plug type that would handle the heat better etc? I used to get NGK iridiums, is this reasonable?

Thanks

Andy

How long do these last? I like the idea of a somewhat long lasting plug.
I'd rather not change certainly every 15000.

The v power version of the NKG TR55 is good for a few years on the street and occasional track usage. The ones in my 92 which ONLY sees track duty have been in almost two years and don't have much wear.

Put the g power version in the wife's 2004, its a daily driver. They have only been in a year and replaced the stock plugs.

DO NOT USE BOSCH PLUGS IN ANYTHING!
