Default Next step for reducing oil temps?

Motor is al block LS2 making 513 rwhp. I have the B&M 70273 cooler running thru -10 AN lines. After consistently getting 290+ oil temps last year I changed from Amsoil 20/50 to Amsoil 10/40. At Charlotte last Monday and at RD ATL last Saturday oil temps still got 290+. Ambient was also 95+. Coolant temps never got above 198* (Dewitts) so I am pretty sure air flow is OK. One cool down lap drops it to below 275*. Pressure stays between 31lbs and 36lbs even at 290*+(Accusump). I really only drive my car about 7/10ths but would like to up that. Do I need to got to a 30W or bigger oil cooler?

I use a Setrab 634 (actually 50-634-7612).
The B&M is rated at 15,000 btu. The Setrab is 43,000-59,000 btu (up to 475hp).
You may want the 640 (40 row, from 450-550hp, 45k-67k btu).
