Actually I have both a Z06 and an '03 Coupe, but trophied in Paul Brown's FRC.

And a big hat's off to Mr. Ogburn for winning AS in an '04 coupe!

One more bucket list item checked off: Trophying at Nationals

Go Corvettes!

Great job Scott. Sorry I didn't get to see you while there. Soo used to you running with us in SS, I forgot you were over there!

Great job! Hoping to be able to say I've done that as well. Soon hopefully.

Congratz Scott......from the one who purchased your Borla straight pipes

In having driven both the FRC and the 01 + C5, do you see an advantage to either ?

Both can win with the Z51 suspension. While the coupe is a little heavier than the FRCs, the '02+ coupes have a little more hp and torque and better weight distribution.

If I were going to prep one today I'd get an '04 with the better bushings and go from there. IMHO If you get an earlier one you'll probably have to replace all the bushings with the newer ones anyway.
