0w-20?
I went from having low oil pressure, due to a malfunctioning oil takoff block, to having high oil pressure (60-70psi), with my replacement setup (-12 lines and 34 row Setrab).
Has anyone dropped down to 0W-20? Any possible issues with doing this?

60-70 where? Idle, WOT? What weight oil? Which oil pump?
I see 60-70 WOT on track if the car is anything but full temp. If it's hot I still stay in the 50s. Running a DRM kit with the Setrab 625 cooler and AN-10 lines. Amsoil 10w40 and the later version of the LS4 high volume oil pump with the 42lb relief spring. My max oil temp at VIR in July was low 260s... car normally stays in the mid to high 250s.

IIRC that is hot, WOT. But hot for me is oil temps around 195.
I need to verify the psi #s vs temps on the datalogs.
Hot idle is around 28.

You say "hot for me is oil temps around 195" but oil pressure at a given rpm/load will be a bunch lower when the oil is over 250 vs. 195... not really comparable IMO. Hot to me is 240+... at least that's when I care to look at the oil pressure and check on it.
My setup is in the mid 30s at hot idle.

IMO that's where you want to be... I see nothing wrong with 60-70 warm WOT.
