Had a great time at the NJMP Thunderbolt course in July at the Hooked on Driving event sponsored by East Coast Supercharging..a really well run event.... now that I got the track bug bite bad, business travel has kept me from doing another one this summer.. I can't wait till next year! This is a great forum and many member comments have been super helpful in steering me in the right direction with my decision to purchase the 07 Z as my ride... Thanks!

btw, if you are interested in another trackday this year, porsche club of america is running a two-day event at NJMP on 10/20 - 10/21. it's $340 for instructed non-PCA members for both days and all makes are welcome. i ran with them before and they're a good group to run with! last time they ran both thunderbolt and lightning, not sure exactly if this time they're doing the same thing or if they're running thunderbolt on both days.

i'm signed up and can't wait to get back on the track!

It is a Contour GPS 1400, 1080p HD Helmet cam bought on Ebay. I saw a video of a skateboarder online and was amazed at the quality. Three hour battery time which is great. I had to fabricate a bracket to fit onto the harness bar but I did afterwards find lots of aftermarket brackets that would have worked..

It is a Longacre mirror purchased about six years ago I took out of my asphalt modified. I used the two existing center visor mounts and made a small bracket to fit the mirror mount. That was a great track day...
