Summit Main HDPE with RTR PCA October 21-23
RTR Region PCA has room in all run groups for our 3-day HPDE October 21st through 23rd. As usual the lower run groups tend to fill up quickly, and as always we could use more instructors.

I know it's further than Pocono but it's about the same for me as NJMP counting traffic. Really a pretty easy trip once you get through H'burg.
Andy, saw you were signed up early. Look forward to seeing you!

I was just told that that the intermediate group (white) was full and they are waiting for instructors to add more people to the blue group.
Also, your car needs to be teched by one of their approved shops.

Since youre not in Philly you can have your car teched at any shop with an ASE mechanic. We will have more instructors since many of them wait til the last minute to sign up so get on the wait list if you're still interested.

Lainey signed up today. She got into the white run group, but is going to do a check-out ride to move to black at Summit. We did two days with Group 52 at Watkins Glen earlier this week. If she can hang in the Group 52 pack (which she did), she can run in black with no issues.
We swapped between each others cars (my track set up '09 Z06 and her track set up Cayman S TPC turbo). Great fun at the Glen. I ran many laps in the 2:09 range in not totally dry conditions. Very happy with those times in my Z06.
See everyone at Summit. I'll be instructing.

Looks like a lot of fun and a lot of driving, but also a lot of participants. Black already has almost 30 folks in it per day, and that's a good deal of cars for a 2 mile track.
I look forward to hearing all about it.

Last year white group was ?18 cars. I've attended NASA and Trackdaze and both groups run 30 cars or even a little more. I'd venture there are not many groups that keep the sessions down to 20 folks. Come on out and wait until Sunday (day3). Lots of folks leave early.

I'm going to be there for FATT next Friday and I think it'll be my last session of the year; my tires have had it. I look forward to hearing about the fun.

Instructors must pay 50% of a regular registration fee.
If I have to pay anything, I'd rather pay the whole fee and go w/o the responsibility of a student. Having said that, there are still several "free" opportunities for instructors @ SP this year so it isn't too hard to find alternate dates.
