Default Is there a similar front swaybar to match with Pfadt Heavy Rate rears?

After ruining my fronts, see this thread:

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/auto...-hd-sways.html

I still have a perfectly good rear bar just sitting around. Should I just sell it and get a set of T1s or try to match it with something else? Looking at Pfadt's chart, if I move the link to the lowest adjustment, the T1s would be close to the original difference between the Pfadt HR front and rears when on middle setting. Is there another bar that would be close?

I can't help with your question but have a question maybe you can answer for me on this topic. I think about this everytime I see this chart. Why is it that T1 bars and phadt bars and other after market bars are stiffer in the front than the rear, but ZR1 and Z06 come with the opposite setting?

To the OP I think it would help if we knew a little more about your set-up first.
#1 what tires are you running and what size front and rear
#2 what springs are you running and what shocks are on the car

To Tomi -
The chart is titled "relative stiffness"
I think you have to look at the front bars seperate from the rear bars on the chart. They are relative to the other bars on the chart (front or rear) not as a whole.

Tires are 305/18 R80s all around for track. Springs are stock and shocks are the Pfadt adj usually set at 14fr/11rr for track days. Do 1-2 track days a month at VIR/Rd Atl. Brakes are stock rotors with XP12/10 pads.

Even if you do look at them seperately the results are the same. If you own a ZR1 and decide to use T1 bars. The front stiffness will go up 2.75 spaces on the chart, yet the rear is already at nearly the stiffest setting compared to the rear T1 bar. Same goes with the Phadt bars the front bars go much stiffer than stock and the increase is MUCH less on the rear. This would lead me to believe that GM has a very different philosophy of sway bars settings then Phadt (and other after market companies) or GMs own race division
