Default Another new track for the Pacific Northwest!

Fitting that the first hot laps are in a '11 Z06!

About 1 hour from the house. Guess I better get my car back on the road for next year...

I saw this on the SCCBC Forum this morning - looks like it's going to be an awesome track. I'll have to plan a roadtrip down sometime!

Further than 1h for me, but welcome none the less. I really need to find the time and cash to go play again.

Looks very cool - love the elevation changes and "corkscrew".

What does your car need Dean?

BTW the corkscrew is much steeper than it looks in the video.

i cannot wait. would be really cool if that's the first track I can try the ACR on.

we are super fortunate to live in the area with 2 new circuits built within 3 years, when the rest of the coutry seems to have them closing down.

With Ridge well on the way to opening, that makes 5 road courses within a days drive of the Seattle area:
Pacific Raceways in Kent
Ridge Motorsports Park in Shelton
Spokane Raceway in Spokane
Oregon Raceway Park a few miles south of The Dalles, OR
Portland International Raceway, Portland

And then an easy overnight drive from Seattle to Thunderhill.

This track is going to be OUTSTANDING! It is built BY racers FOR racers. It's got nice long straights for high horsepower cars, nice elevation changes, good runoff, and will have first class facilities once things are finished.

I can't wait.

(Now, if I could just get my new motor moving along. )
