For auto-x stock rotors are fine. Try some different pads.

Changing rotors isn't going to make a difference. Changing pads, perhaps. Are you able to get into ABS for the duration of the run? I would think so, and if so, then you don't need more braking power, you need more grip. For an autocross, I would think even the stock C5 setup with good pads would be good enough to get into ABS for the whole run without fade.
