Thanks for putting this out there. I had already been talking to my lovely bride about driving our '88 DRM Vette down for the Rolex 24 and had checked out the web site a while back but there is a LOT more info on the web describing the activities. Sounds like a good deal.

Wonder if you could provide a little more explanation on a couple of items though since I have never been to a Rolex 24 before? 1) If we poop out during the night (which is likely since I am not as young as I used to be), how easy is it to leave and come back early Sunday morning? 2) Which of the activities should be "Do NOT miss!"? 3) Any other things that we should know in advance?

Thanks for any additional info or words of wisdom!!

You can come and good anytime all weekend, lot of hotels near by. I go early, visit the garage and view all the activities. Watch the race (from thr grandstands, better view) for a couple of hours and I am done. In the 80's and early 90's I did a lot of pit crew work for friends, so enjoyed working, but watching got boring to me. Being 50 years celebration, this is the race to go see. See you there.

If you have purchased tickets for the race you can go to the web site referenced in the first post and purchase tickets to the Corvette Coral.
