Just curious... I support the hub flange in my vice and smack them out with a hammer. A couple solid taps and they pop out.

Pull them into the new hubs with a spare lug, washers, a big wrench and some elbow grease.

The one I changed last year, I went ahead and used new ARP studs. Mine had a few threads that were messed up and just figured I would start with brand new... just in case.

I figured they're like rod bolts kinda. Replace em while you're in there. Worth my piece of mind.

FWIW I would reuse an ARP as long as it fit tight & threads looked good.

I re-use mine as well. I have a cheap harbor freight press I use so I dont beat on the hub, and then I dont have to worry about hurting the threads pushing them in with a lugnut.

I would re-use them if in good condition. It's best to press them into the new hub to insure proper seating, also less stress on the stud that way.
