Default Corner Weighed my FRC...I was surprised.

our group brought out the scales to this weeks event so I couldnt pass up the opportunity to get weighed. I was definitly surprised.

99 FRC z51. has bose, no HUD. stock on wagon wheels.

w/o driver and w/ 1\4 tank of gas = 3060 about 100 less than I expected.

LF 836 RF 825 total front 1661 54.3%

LR 700 RR 699 total rear 1399 45.7%

now if I could just do somethin about the 251 fatass in the driver seat

What is surprising about this? Seems spot-on from what a search showed.

That's in the ballpark of what my '00 FRC weighs.

Wasn't called the "lightweight" C5 for nothing!

Have a good one,
Mike

I had not seen a lot of FRC weights, just z06. I expected the frc to be just a bit heavier. either way, happy as can be.

Gas is heavy... fill the tank up and it'll be 100lbs heavier. 14 x 6.6 = 92.

Not too complicated (but not easy) and less expensive than lightweight part, actually. You CAN do something about it.
