Default On track with the new Grand Sport wheels

Coming into T4 at VIR last weekend. Finally an on-track picture showing the new C6 GS front wheels all around. Running 245/40/18 Hoosier A6s on all four corners.

Set a new VIR TTA record with a 2:03.65 lap. Who says you need 315s to go fast

Congratulations on a great time!

But, no matter how much lipstick you put on those wheels, they're still...well, uglier than hell!

I'm sure you will... the uphill esses, southbend and T14 through Hog's Pen are where all the speed is and you need seat time to take full advantage of them

What did it take to get the wheels to fit?

  • lug nuts - 20 (5 per wheel)
  • 13/16ths deepwell socket - 1
  • torque wrench - 1
  • hands - 2

They're GS 18x9.5 wheels on all four corners with Hoosier 245s
