I had the large sized EVO seat and it wont fit without taking off your door panels. The medium sized one will probably fit but hit the doors a little bit. The small one will work fine.

I am a large guy - 6'-2" and 250LBS and found a seat that works fine. I have a Kirkey road race seat that is 17" wide and fits without clearance problems. I use the Hardbar rails, IO Port backbrace and a RD racing 4 point roll bar with Crow 6 point harnesses.

Ultrashield 17 inch road race seat fits fine as well. There is even enough room to curve the top of the outer side down a little to make it easier to get into the car. Nice thing about aluminum is you can customize it to fit. If the belt pass throughs aren't exactly where your body puts the belts a set of tin snips solves the problem. I lost a lot of weight so my seat was two inches too wide. I added some firm foam to the inside of the seat, slid the cover over everything and on the inside it is a 15 inch seat now.
Since you are 6'4" I am not sure how wide you are but when I installed my seats I was 5'10" at 220 and only the Kirkey and Ultrashield seats were comfortable. The fiberglass seats only tell you what waste size they fit and nothing about what butt size they will fit. The aluminum seat widths are based on measuring across your hip when you are seated. The other thing about the aluminum seats whether or not you get the full containment setup is the depth of the seat around your legs, waste and torso and the great shoulder support provided by the wings built into the shoulder area.
Here is how mine fits in my C6Z:
I use a Sharkbar.
If the seat was an inch narrower it could drop about an inch lower in the car by riding between the Hardbar bottom rails Vs being on top of them. The top picture shows the side of the seat curved over so I can get in and out of the car easier. I just sit on the side of the seat bend over and let my butt slide down into it then swing my legs in.

Kirkeys or Corbeau LG1. I have the LG1s in my car. Very comfortable. PERFECT for a street/Track seat for bigger guys. I was 280 5'11" last season and i fit like a glove. I've since then lost 40lbs, aiming for another 20. The hip support isnt as much as I'd like but the torso bolsters make up for it, plus the harness, i don't move much.

I've had a lot of different race seats over time and the cheapest was the best, a Kirkey road race seat, which I use now. Its just damn comfortable somehow. Get a 17 inch.
the other seat isn't even a race seat. Get a sport seat out of a C4. Outstanding.

Corbeau seats IMO are some of the best bang for the buck. Getting seats to fit C5 & C6 Corvettes are a challenge because the space is so limited where the seats install.
If any one needs a set of Corbeau seats please let me know as we've installed or sold more Corbeau seats for Corvettes than any one around

What angle seat back you choose depends on how you are mounting the seat, clearance between the seat sides and the steering wheel, how long your arms are and a bunch of other things. Basically, when you get the seat in the car you need to fiddle around with it to get it where you want it. Clearance between the seat sides and the steering wheel is critical since your legs have to fit through the space. That may push the seat to the rear and a 10 degree seat will keep your torso further forward will keep you within proper arms reach of the steering wheel. I had my seat in and out of the car about 10 times to get it just right.

From Recaro North America replying to an email I sent them:
"The Speed Seat is the only Sport seat we make that fits the C5 and the Pole position or Profi race shell are the racing seats that fit the C5."
