Torco Accelerator
Just curious, have any of you guys used Torco Accelerator? I've heard some interesting claims, and if they are true, this stuff is an amazing product. I've been approached to become a distributor/dealer in the Houston area for this product and also their race fuel, and I'm looking for some real world experience.
Thanks.

I'm not sure what's in the Torco additives but we had a car clog a fuel injector due to an oxygenated additive (then blew a head gasket) - all of the plugs looked orange in color and we had to replace the fuel filter and have the injectors cleaned and flow tested. Needless to say we don't use additives anymore, if we want to bump up octane we now mix race gas with pump gas. It's a safer way to go.
I'm not framiliar with the Torco brand stuff, but I would check to see if it's oxygenated before running it.

Back in my supercharged Mustang days, I used it all the time and it was just as effective at surpressing pre-ignition as 100 - 110 octane race gas. HPDE events specifically at the time.
I still keep a case in the trailer for the LS2 for those really hot track days. It does turn the plugs orange but other than that side effect, I was happy with its price/performance versus race gas.
