Default Z51 Springs and sway bar selection

I am new to the suspension game and I am considering running T1 sway bars on my 2001 Z51 with Bilstein Sports. My question is how does the sway bar work with the spring rate, from a setup standpoint what is the theory?

My understanding is the sway bars are primarily responsible for body roll and turn in preciseness. Currently, I am running C6Z51 bars, with stock steel end links and the Bilstein Sports. Tire sizes are 275/30 and 305/30. Car is lowered on stock bolts and has been aligned to Z06 specs.
