Default Turbo brand racing fuel black bottle

Has anyone any experince with this? I just bought a qt. bottle for $17. at Auto parts store. Directions say not street legal and not for catted systems or o2 sensors. Ratio is 1oz. per 1gal of fuel. Max ratio is 2-3 oz per gal.

First, last and only time I tried a fuel additive/octane booster at the track, my car had issues starting back up after a session. Never again.
