WTB.. LG Quiet end links

Another option for quiet performance endlinks are Powergrids. I replaced my clanky worn out T1 links with them in late 2010 and they've been perfect ever since. They are a sealed oem-style link that offers greater range of motion than a heimjoint. Also, the center shaft is threaded differently on each side so you can adjust the length of the link without disconnecting one end.

Is it my eyes?
I ended up zooming in at 400 %.
Looks to me that the theaded (bottom rod) of the end link is a 1/2" too short ?
Should have at the minumum, a full nut of thread.

It's the angle. The nut is a nyloc and it's fully engaged. The stud sticks out just past the end of the nut. I check it before every weekend as my normal "nut & bolting" of the car and it's never come loose.

I could clearly see that the nut was a nyloc (elastic stop nut) but doesn't seem to be enough threads into it.
By the way, the store where you purchased your endlinks, isn't far from my house.
Thanks , for the info.
