Default how much tire clearance?

How much tire clearance is needed between the inner side of the tire and the inner wheel well on the back? I measured 5/16" with my new set up.
specifics:
'02 C5
autox only, C6Z06 shocks, C6Z51 sways, lowered on stock bolts, C5Z06 rims, R888 335/30/18's

thanks

The tire side walls do flex under high speed corners

so Your tires will rub out the inner wheel well line.

or I could say, "mine don't rub, ANY MORE"

So how much is generally needed? I'm debating on a 1/8" or a 3/16" spacer. A 1/4" spacer I feel is too much without going to longer ARP studs.

You can go 1/4 spacer or 5/16 & it'll only rub a little. Get some lug nuts with the threaded shank that give you an extra 3/4 threads of engagement.

I use 3/8" spacer, longer ARP studs, and open ended hardened lug nuts.

18x12 or 18x13 rear rim, and 18x335/30 tires. The tire side wall still flexs and rubs the inner wheel well liner.
