I adj them to really soft for dd. Trying to firm them up for VIR this weekend but they will not turn. I have almost pulled the skin off my fingers and they still won't turn. I pulled the carpet up and tried to turn them from next to the floor and still nothing. If I could just get them back to my track setting I promise I will never touch them again. Any way to get at them to brute force turn them. Tried calling LG yesterday, but closed. Any ideas?
