Default FS: 2001 Z06 Chassis/frame

[Also posted in C5 Parts]

I need to find a new home for the chassis that remains of my 2001 Z06 parts car! As you can tell from the pics, it suffered a collision in the right front, bending the frame rails in front of the firewall. I have not put it on a frame rig, but as far as I can tell, the deformation is limited to the front of the car.

I have included some photos of the chassis as it sits now. However, some items are still sitting inside or attached for storage purposes, and I will be removing them prior to pickup. Here is a list of what I can think of that I will be including and excluding:

Included
- roof and rear window glass (undamaged; each of these alone is over $2000 new)
- front windshield glass is broken
- full rear tub (upper and lower)
- steering column and steering wheel
- pedal assembly
- rocker panels and rear brake ducts
- door sills and strikers

Not included
- wiring harnesses
- PCM, BCM, and fuse panels
- dash pad
- IP cluster
- center console and console trim
- fuel tanks
- suspension components
- brakes
- transmission, differential, and torque tube
- interior trim and carpet

If there are items you are interested in that you don't see here and/or are listed as not included, please see my part-out listing at Corvette Forum or just ask me. I will be glad to work w/ you on combined/discounted pricing for add'l items.

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-p...-2001-z06.html

Asking price is $1500 OBO. The chassis is located in Birmingham, AL, 35210. Local pickup highly preferred, but if you have anything creative in mind, let me know. Please email me at fhturner@earthlink.net.

Thanks,
Fred

Gosh. Hard to believe it's been 4 years. I remember that day like it was yesterday.

do you have any way of knowing if the differential, transmission or torque tube are damaged? Jerry
