Friend needs one with out fire bottle, new or used.

You can also consider using a piece of aluminum flat bar bolted to the front seat mount bolts with an extinguisher mounted to that.

A couple of Barrenger clamps ($10) from Mcmaster Carr that are drilled and tapped so you can bolt a two clamp extinguisher mount ($8) to them and you're in business.
