Default iPhone Lap Timers?

I know they won't be spot on accurate, but I'm a novice anyway.

Doing an event at NCCAR in a couple weeks and was thinking I could use one of these apps combined with the iPhone video(???)

Harrys Lap Timer seems to be the goggle research preferred one...

Any input or advice would be appreciated....

Thanks....

I've been using Harry's for a few years now and find it very useful not just for lap times but more importantly for finding areas to improve. I use the external dual gps and the Kiwi obd connector. Lap times are within hundreds of a second when comparing to my transponder lap times.

Optrix Video Pro Video with Harry's Lap Timer

I haven't used it on track to see if it'll do actual lap times, as I use mine for Autocross.

I use Harry's too with the OBD WLAN dongle and mount it to the inside of the windshield with the Ram suction mount. If you have an iPhone 4 or 4s, you really don't need the external GPS in my opinion.

See you at NCCAR in a couple weeks!

Love Harry's Laptimer. Be sure and get the largest memory iPhone tho as it is very memory intensive. I use the RAM window mount as well.

Best $16 you'll ever spend.

You'll need the kiwi wifi for obd data. The overlay is integrated within lap timer and uses the video from your iphone. Check out Harry's website for the complete user guide.
