Vettel should have known he was gonna get screwed. Horner should have known Vettel was gonna get screwed. The rules are VERY clear on this one and Vettel has been penalized for this same thing stuff before! That his engineer didn't tell him immediatley to give back the position was either a gross oversight/failure or gross stupidity. That was a costly gamble in a season where gambling really is gambling.

Yeah vettel knew, you could see it in his face after when he was talking to Jenson. At least he didn't pull a MAL and crash
