Default Best Hawk Pad For High Speed Autox

I am currently running Hawk HP Plus pads. Last race is next week and I am going to change the rotors and pads up front. Any opinions on another pad choice? Have only run these pads in the past. I'm just using OEM rotors.

I've used HP+ a lot. For me, they have to much initial bite. Whether that be high or low speed autocross doesn't matter. If you like your setup, then I would stick to it. I switched to stock C5 Z06 pads. Less initial bite and they still can stop the car. I have tried HPS and there okay also.

+1 for Steve's recommendation. If you're happy with HP+ then stick with them. My favorite was the PFC Z-rated pads, but the Z06 OE pads are pretty similar.

Have a good one,
Mike

Is there a good source for the stock C5 Z06 pads?

HP+ is a good choice for autox.... race pads won't get warm enough to work good.
