He apparently has a lot of racing experience. He only had the Veyron out for a few laps. He spent most of the day in his GT40. Very nice guy.
Correction : Ford GT, not GT40

That is exactly what he said, although he said it was close to 50k. He explained that a dealer in CT would pick the car up, remove the wheels, and ship the wheels to CA for the tires to be changed. But the flip side is that they help you manage tire wear. When your pressure is low, nothing on the dash, you get a call from the active monitoring center.
Apparently there is very little you can do to the car yourself. When the tech guys said they needed to see the engine, he explained that he would need to call the active monitoring center and they would need to open it from there, he could not do it. The cars are monitored 24/7 and they know exactly where you are and what you are doing.
And I thought on star was a little creepy....

On the other track in the park there was a Lamborghini sponsored event. Lots of crazy expensive cars around all day. Also 2 ARCA teams were there doing testing. Worth the price of admission for the entertainment.
Oh, then there was me in my C5Z for a little "made in the USA" representation.

Cool to see that car on a track. Been to njmsp a lot but never ran with a Veyron, guess I need to find friends who have more money

He said the windows went up automatically at 130. He had forgotten that and it surprised him for a moment. I'm guessing that he may have went into the turn a little faster than expected.
