Default Wanted: Broken Piston Ring Replacement Tool

Hello. I'm looking for the tool that allows you to replace broken piston rings without doing a full rebuild. I understand it goes in through the exhaust ports on the head. Please PM me if you have one. Thank you.

This lack of revised ST2/3 rules is really inconvenient.

That's not that funny early on a Monday morning.

Have a good one,
Mike

Yeah, I can appreciate that. Right about a year ago when I was watching a friend in my LS1 Miata come around the final sweeper with the engine knocking like a bad salesman.

Hope its nothing a cylinder rebore can't fix.

Have a good one,
Mike

I thought you were talking about those new articulated rings.

You should be able to snake a piece of safety wire up into the slot in the piston.
