Window removal
I am getting ready to remove the side glass out of my race car but need something to set in place on rainy track days with the car sitting outside. Does anyone make lexan slip in windows for a C5 Corvette or are better options available?

John, Sam fixed his so you might ask him this weekend. Also, Len affixed side curtains on his car. They look really nice. A couple of different options for you. I thought you had an enclosed trailer? Just drop a cover over it in the paddock.

Use carpet protector on rolls from Home Depot or Lowes. Inexpensive, works great and holds up at highway speeds.
I used lexan windows, tonneau for the top and made two different window curtain styles. The adhesive carpet protector is the most effective.

I just remove the glass when I get to the track. Two easy bolts on each side and it comes right out. A few extra pounds of track and motor is worth it.
