Default Best racing seat on a budget? So many choices

Kirkey has so many choices I'm really overwhelmed as which way to go. They have restraint systems, support attachments and all different seat types. Can someone help me narrow down my search for a good used seat so I can post in the WTB sections of all the forums I belong to.

What I have now:
- I have an intermediate 20* layback with a nice padded cover
- I will have a HANS device shortly before all this is through.
- Using a G-Force 3" 5pt belt.

What I need:
- a passenger seat for ride alongs
- I want to feel safe and protect my head and neck from damage
- I only have about $300 to spend so the setup would need to be used

Do I even need head supports or restraints if I am wearing the HANS? Its looking like adding the support attachments for the head onto my current seat might be the most economical and then just buy another Intermediate 20* for the passenger side...

PS: This would be primarily used in my Spec RX7 but would be making it easy to switch to the Vette for track days.

This looks the best setup so far... http://www.racingjunk.com/Other/2699...key-Seats.html

Ultrashield makes a "Spec Miata" seat which will bolt in to your Corvette. It is an excellent value. I use one in my race car. As for "budget".....would you buy a "budget" helmet?

Sparco Sprint

Great seat, used it as my primary. You will need the Sparco mounting brackets, but they are very cheap compared to other name brands
