Alignment Settings, what is your's set to?
I see threads come up every so often on how to do alignments at home and was just curious what settings most folks are using. I'm familiar with the Pfadt recommendations and have used that to baseline my car with but I would love to know what settings others are using and any comments around those settings.
I'm currently set at:
2.9 degrees camber on the fronts, maxed out on stock adjustments
7 degree caster on both sides
1.4 degrees camber on the rear, maxed out on driver side and had to pull in passenger side a bit to match setting.
1/16" toe in on front
0" toe on rear
Car has poly bushings and slicks, T1 bars and stock springs/shocks.

You could consider some "toe in" for the rear tires. I run about 1/8" in. The more toe in, the better traction you will have coming out of the corners - at least it seems that way to me.

I put the pilot sport 4s 275/35/18 on the front and 325/30/19 rear on my stock chrome Z06 wheels. However I am currently looking at new wheels so that may be an avenue to explore for you before you invest 2k in tires.
