Koni Sport reds...tell me about em?
Never seen Red Konis before. At least not for a vette.
Back around 2001 I know koni made both red and yellow. yellow was more of the track version. Does this still hold true? Do the reds have a different part # from the Yellow 3013 1023/1024?
Adjustable the same?
Worth buying for a semi-serious autoxer?

3013 Reds are in the same casing as the double adjustable Konis. They are an economic racing shock, but perform with the best of them. I've done many events on them, and have actually dynoed them compared to a stock '04 Sachs shock, and the double adjustable Penskes.
I was surprise how great the Sachs shock in the rain, and at low settings of the Konis can match that curve. To my surprise money isn't everything as they have a much better initial curve than the Penskes! Koni is great! I had one shock adjuster stick and sent it back to them. They sent me a brand new one as they said the broken on could not be fixed. Good company! None of the others have ever given me a problem in 3 years of racing. See Sam Stanos for a good deal and great advice. Stanosport.com, I believe.
