LS7 manifolds/cats install on a dry-sump LS3- Question
Gents, going to install stock LS7 manifolds, cats, & h-pipe on my '12 GS LS3 dry-sump, & have some questions;
Can the stock LS3 manifolds be removed, & LS7 manifolds installed, without disconnecting the dry-sump lines? If not, should I disconnect them at the dry-sump, or at the oil pan?
My used LS7 manifold's have never been disconnected from their cat'd downpipes & I'd prefer not to dissasemble them, buy new bolts, etc. Can they be installed as one unit, or do they need to be separated first?
The car will be on 4 jackstands, @ 16+" off the ground, not on a lift.

When I put headers on my ZO6 I had to take the cats off the manifolds to get them out. I also disconnected the dry sump lines from the pan. I removed the starter as well, but I think that was so I could get the headers in.
