Default Plug For Goodridge SS Brake Lines

I have a set of DRM/Goodridge brake lines for my stock Z06 calipers. I'm wondering if anyone knows what size plug (type, diameter & thread pitch) I need to buy to cap off the brake lines while I'm rebuilding my calipers? I went to a couple hardware stores to see if I could find a plug before I installed the brake lines but was unable to get anything to fit. I've tried contacting DRM a couple times but have yet to hear back from them.

I had all the fluid drain out of the ABS module while the calipers were off on my previous car and had a devil of a time bleeding all the air out. I'd like to avoid this hassle again if possible. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know why you can't get a hold of us.

The lines are -3, so a -3 male plug would work great for you.

I've always just used rubber vacuum caps.

Don't use a plug - use a line clamp. They are available at all auto parts stores and are cheap - < $10.00. Place the flexible brake line between the jaws and then screw it tight till it squeezes the line enough to close it. No air entry at all and very easy to use. Works great on braided stainless lines and stock rubber too. Here is a link for a set that Harbor Freight has - many others available.
