Corvette Racer & SCCA GT-1 National Champ Phillip Simms Passes
2006 SCCA GT-1 National Champ Philip Simms passed away yesteday.
Phil was also the 2004 Trans Am Series rookie of the year. Phil competed in GT-1 in both Corvette's and later a Rocketsports Jaguar.
A great guy and wonderful family man, Phil was a hard nosed and talented competitor.
