The Group 4 race was for GT-1, GT-2 & GT-3 cars. There were only 2 GT-1 Corvettes and one more in GT-2. The most interesting car in the group was the Riggins built 1963 Ford Falcon, driven by 18 year old Dillon Machavern.
Machavern qualified on the pole, with Jim McAleese along side of him, in his #02 Corvette. Machavern led going into turn one, and never relinquished the lead, though for 18 laps, McAleese was never more than two car lengths behind him. On the 18th lap, McAllese broke late going into turn one, and managed to get inside the Falcon, but couldn't hold it and spun off into the grass. McAleese recovered to finish second, but was never able to challenge for the lead again.

Jim Boggs GT-2 Corvette
Jeannette Udwary
Scott Quaile's third place GT-1 Camaro
Tony Stefanon
It's not a Corvette, but it's still pretty interesting, so here are a couple more pictures of the "63 Falcon".

I don't know him personally, but I know that he's a member of the South Jersey Region of the SCCA, and lives in National Park, NJ (just across the Delaware River from Philadelphia).
You may be able to get contact info for him from the South Jersey Region. Dave Teal is the Region's Starter. Dave and his wife Fay, have been very active in the Region for years. I use to be a member of SJR, and can tell you that Dave and Fay are great people. They probably know Boggs, or can put you in touch with someone who does.
Dave's contact info is available at the Regions website. http://www.sjr-scca.org/
