6 Point Belts
What are you guys using? In the market for some better belts.
Would like pull up lap belts that are usable while in the seat. Also shoulder belts that are Hans friendly. (2")

I finally went with G-Force pull downs because they are FIA good for 5 years vs the pull ups which were only good for 3 years.
Once the lap belt lengths are set, I've never had to adjust them again, so the pull downs work well for me. And Ii gained 2 years out of it.

I use the Crow cam lock 6 point bests. Once your lap belts are set, no other adjustment is needed. Shoulder belts offer a easy adjust pull down. Camlock is the easiest attach and quickest release I have found.

I have been running the Schroth for the last year because I got a set at a good deal and they are lighter and nicer than the G-Force. But I had good luck with the G-Force before that. I have both in the car. G-Force for passenger and Schroth for the Driver. You can try them next week at VIR. JD

I swear by teamtech jet pilot, but I've had friend try it and he hates it. One nice feature is that it requires only two lower points for mounting because each pair of side lower belts "Y" together to a single anchor per side. Makes installation really easy.

Brand is not as important as 6pt style, belt material, and mounting
A poly belt is certified longer than nylon
as for 6pt styles:
hybrid 4 shoulder straps imo best
hybrid
formula
T
V imo worst
as for mountings:
proper anchoring of subs and proper angles
subs anchors to sheet metal floors and proper angles
anchors to rear seat mounts bad angles using seat hole to compensate
sub anchors to rear seat mount parachute style

This is what I swear by. One reason is that loosening the shoulder belts is easy and doesn't take a strong arm to loosen them, just a tug. As above once the sub and laps are set then only the shoulders need adjusting. Just another tug after a couple laps

I've used quite a few brands in various applications over the years. All have served me well.
On a personal note... I have only been in 1 car with the Team Tech Jet Pilot harnesses and couldn't stand them.

I use 6 point G Force also. Like them a lot. I will be at VIR for the NCM Event. See you there.
