Looking forward to meeting you guys! It will be cool actually racing with people I've always admired on this forum from a distance. It's great that you are making the trip out to Miller! We just had 2 cars from that list go down at Laguna Seca last weekend, so hopefully they will be repaired in time to make it.

Only 1 more week . Let's hear a little about the vette guys going to nationals (Oli, Chuck, Geoff, Ken, ???) along with some pics of the cars. I'll start:
Bill Brinkop, ST2 corvette #78, NorCal region
Car: 99 corvette converted from scca ITE to nasa ST2 by me a few years ago. My car is an old school ST2 build with the original stock LS6 out of my 2004 C5Z. Actually, it's the same engine I had for my first hpde track day back in 2008. BTW, I expect a special trophy if it survives next week . The car is running an ACP aero package from 2005 which shows how durable that body kit is, and moton triple shocks. Cage recently rebuilt by TC Design in Milpitas, CA. LG headers, diff/tranny cooler, and monoball control arm bearings.
Local Tracks: Sonoma, Thunderhill, Laguna Seca, Buttonwillow
Driver: This will be my first national championship event. I started hpde after the age of 40 and worked my way into T1 and ST2 over the past few years. Looking forward to running with an amazing lineup of drivers in ST2 at Miller.

Hi Gang,
Received my garage assignment this A.M.......we will be in GP garage four so please stop in and say hi sometime during the event. We try to bring "stuff" with us so if you run into a bind don't be bashfull about stopping by to see if we can help you out. We have a toter in that area that will proudly fly the corvette racing flag and we may have a bottle or two of some Wisconsin beer along so stop by for some Cheesehead hospitality evenings. I look forward to putting faces with names from the forum!!!!

Go for ST3 Ken. One more chance for the Great Lakes/Midwest Region to bring home a Championship.
Good Luck All (and take Geff up on the invitation for some Wisconsin brew!)
