C5 Z06 Scrubs Available?
Is there such a thing as street legal scrubs (just looking to drive from home to track on them)? Any available for stock C5 Z06 wheels? Purpose is road course. Thank you.

The only thing to come to mind would be hoosier a6 or r6 which are dot approved. you could buy a used set of those to try...
if you want to run used contis or michelins Im sure you could get away with it on the street - what are the chances of getting pulled then having them start checking into the tires youre running anyway?

DOT approval is not necessarily street legal. Here in Michigan you can be ticketed for not having sufficient tread. I'm not saying that you can't do it but that it's not "legal" just because there's a DOT number on the sidewall of the tire.

You will have a hard time finding quality D.O.T. scrubs. Most drivers that are running them are just like the rest of us and will run them until they are junk. Quality scrubs come from professional series or deep pocket series when that extra half second can be the differance between winning and losing. There are no series currently running a D.O.T. tire.
