Default Valve spring upgrade shopping list

Hi
My Vette guy sent me away to investigate valve springs for my upgrade. After speaking to various parties I have ended up with the following parts:
Mast 7.450" 3/8 Pushrods 0.08 Wall x16
Mast dual spring Ti Retainers x16
PAC 1221X DUAL LS Valve springs x16
COMP CAM- 13702-KIT LS SERIES Retrofit Trunnion Kit x1

I have really know idea but followed advice from 2 parties including the
installer/ Mechanic who is going to carry out the work. However I presently am not filled with confidence that all these parts will be correct/ adequate for the job.
The objective was simply to replace the valve springs as a 2002 dedicated c5 Z06 track car that spends most of the time in 3rd at 6000rpm. I also want the car to be reliable. The car has a stock cam, air intake, LG headers, tune and makes 401 rwhp. Can anyone look at the above and say "yeah that should be ok" and put my mind at rest?
Many thanks in advance !

Give Brian Tooley a call at Brian Tooley Racing. He seems to know some stuff about LS valve trains.

If you are not spinning higher or using a larger cam, the only change to make is the trunion upgrade. Brian T. can handle that and has good pricing.
You may want to do the pushrod upgrade but not necessary.
You won't see any benefit from the rest.
