Bought the BluRay yesterday
Watched the extras
They used the ORIGINAL CARS in the movie
Ron Howard said the current owners asked two questions
1) Can I drive the car in the movie?
RH: YES
2) Can my girlfriend be in the movie?
RH: YES

Just watched it a couple of days ago... great movie.
Saw a couple of CGI parts that stood out as very "fake" looking (Lauda's crash for example) but it didn't detract from the film.
