Default Do you use a "NexGen" Head and Neck Restraint?

As opposed to a HANS? I checked one out in person and they are very simple to put on and take off. I'm thinking about getting one.
What are your thoughts or experience with these?

Thank you!

I looked into that before purchasing my HANS. My thread where this is discussed can be found here: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/auto...pressions.html

I have a Defnder which is now Necksgen. I purchased a Necksgen for my father last year or the year before. It's basically the same as the Defnder. Great pieces. Very easy to get on/off and accept 3" shoulder belts w/o issue.

We have a Necksgen and I really like it. It's extremely comfortable and the versatility is hard to beat. The standard Necksgen also has helmet rails to prevent compression of your spine, something that most others including HANS do not.

Ultimately, they all have their strong and weak points, but any one of them is far better than not using anything.

Ditto.

Mine is 1 of the older ones so a little different but not by much.

No problems whatsoever with it. If I recall, they actually outperformed the HANS in both secondary impact as well as side impact tests.
