My racecar is a 3100 lb C5 with stock leafsprings and pfadt's old inverted shocks. Since a rebuild is unlikely or impossible on those, would these be a good fit. I'm thinking yes since I really like how the pfadts work now. Think this shock would be too stiff?

I think they would be pretty good for you! That's pretty light But all and all it not crazy out of the norm. So with that being said I'm sure they will work very well for you

I purchased my DRM Bilsteins last year and have put them to the test...I'm extremely happy with the purchase and how the car handles. I'm glad I passed on the coil over route as most of my money now goes towards brakes, rotors and more track days. GREAT VALUE and GREAT PRODUCT!!

What is the maximum leaf spring rates recommended for use with these shocks on an 01Z? I'm looking at going with higher-than-stock VBP springs, but I'm not sure what is compatible with these shocks.

Would these work with T1 springs?

x2 on this question. I'm reducing my front spring rate from 1,112 lb/in to something just under 1,000 lb/in.

But I already ordered these anyway, since I figure I can have the fronts revalved worst case and it's still a good deal.

I received a confirmation email from Paypal but not from DRM.

I'm getting caught up on the confirmation emails today. You are in!!!

Front spring, we didn't do any testing on stiffer front springs. They have some additional rebound dialed in, so they are going to better then anything else (stock stuff, bilstein stuff).

With that being said, I would love some additional feedback.

Excellent, thank you. I love nothing more than tweaking and testing chassis so I'll be sure to report back.

Was compression damping fooled around with at all?

I just put these on my 03 zo6 about two months ago with about a 1/2"-3/4" drop on stock bolts. Bahahahahahah these things are absolutely AWESOME. Rear end of car in mid turn hitting any bumps is the biggest night and day difference. Also, better ride quality, and DEF better turn in. The best way to put it, is i feel like I stuck a 325 tire on the rear of the car AND way way better damping slow, and at the limit. Best money spent so far!

The fronts are done, built and waiting for pick up. The rears have a scheduled date of July 16th. I heard that date a couple weeks ago and trying to get a firm confirmation that they will be ready by then.

Bushings and boxes are ready to go here.

I will know more on Monday!!!
