Anyone here going as a participant or spectator? I've never been to one of these, so I'm planning on going up on Sunday.

A yellow-filled race as two cars went into the tires hard. Hopefully the pics I took with my pocket camera turned out.

V8 StockCar is a club racing points series that runs mostly with SCCA in the SE Division.

In the past it has had a few events as a support series for ARCA and Grand Am. Also a few events with PBOC and HSR.

This year strictly with SCCA.

Classes are SCCA GT1, GT2, GTA, SPO

I run with some of these guys in NASA, without having to read the 900 page SCCA rule book does/will a ST1 or ST2 production based corvette fit in SPO or GTA?

Will fit fine in SPO as long as safety requirements are met.

GTA is for ex ASA type stock cars or (short track) late model type stock cars
