I know Phoenix does Delrin bushings. Not sure about shock mounts but it's worth giving them a call. Joe's a great guy and can probably help.

Pretty sure Vansteel carries them.

He also has Hardbar shim and stud kits.

Hardbar is still there.
The website was hacked, still working to get it back up.
Gary is hoping for another week...or so.
You can email him. Don't have it handy, but can post it tomorrow.

If Poly is an option, check these out. I installed front and rear to replace worn stock mounts.

Good chance poly will break a shock or two if you drive hard....

More pics here.... http://forums.corvetteforum.com/memb...sale-1915.html

There is one silver 'washer' disc missing. A regular stock one would probably work as a replacement. These were on the car for about 4 months and we switched to a different mounting system.

Anze spherical mounts look awesome but are pricey (~$800 / set):

Did you experience this type of failure? This is a concern as they were installed on a track car.

Not personally. I've never ran poly on shocks for that reason. Though not mine, a lot of shafts have been broken.
